After a great, but fast summer the Carlson family is back in their normal school year routine. Marcus went back to work on August 1. Jessica officially went back August 12, but worked some before that. Micah and Abby’s first day was August 14, though the two weeks before they had marching band camp all day. 

We had a wonderful summer together working on the house, going on day trips and going to Colorado. Marcus and Jessica got to do a bourbon tour and Micah and Abby got to go to church camp. Micah went to Philmont with the boy scouts and Abby did a girl scout day camp. It was a fun summer together. We are looking forward to a great school year for Micah who is now a freshmen and Abby who is now in 7th grade.
